Look into the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship (French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, for Master’s and PhD) and French Government Scholarships (BGF), plus your own country’s mobility grants.Some scholarship holders are also exempt from the non-EU differentiated university fees.
